Job Description

Providence Speech and Hearing Center, part of the CHOC healthcare system has an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant I provides direct patient and family centered care which includes treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant Program

  • CA Speech Language Pathology Assistant License

  • Prefers Bachelor's degree or higher in related field

  • Prefers Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics
