Job Description

The Loan Syndications Associate of Underwriting and Portfolio Management will be responsible for supporting the Middle Market Commercial & Industrial lending business (“C&I”) through management of the loan syndication origination and amendment process from origination to close, ensuring accuracy of underwriting and efficient execution of multi-bank transactions. Distributing and communicating transaction information to co-lenders. Preparing transaction marketing materials (i.e. bank books, teasers, etc.). Collaborating with Agency Services to execute the syndication closing processes. Producing reports for internal use, external data sharing, submission to senior management and various auditors. Arranging and participating in Bank Meetings with co-lenders (travel required). Drafting internal syndication memorandums/opinions. Collaborating with Agency Services to execute the syndication closing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of direct C&I finance/credit experience

  • Syndications experience is preferred, but not required
