  1. Provide exceptional patient care in the field of developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental and behavioral concerns.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans for children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Contribute to the advancement of the field through research and publications.
  6. Teach and mentor medical students and residents in the area of developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
  7. Participate in departmental and hospital committees and initiatives.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the field of developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
  9. Engage in continuous professional development and pursue opportunities for professional growth.
  10. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families.
  11. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, With A Specialization In Pediatrics Or Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics.

  • Board Certification: Candidates Should Be Board Certified In Pediatrics And/Or Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Field.

  • Previous Experience: Prior Experience In Pediatric Clinical Care And/Or Research In The Field Of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Is Preferred. This Shows A Strong Understanding Of The Specialized Needs Of This Patient Population.

  • Teaching Experience: Experience Teaching Medical Students, Residents, And/Or Fellows Is Highly Valued. The Ability To Effectively Educate Others On Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Faculty Member, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary For Success In This Role.
