HR Consultant - People Relations

A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in an HR related role. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to prioritize tasks, provide guidance and support to managers, and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues. A successful candidate should also possess a proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve employee relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to employees.
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
3. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve employee relations.
4. Prioritize tasks and provide guidance and support to managers.
5. Create and implement human resources policies and procedures.
6. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
7. Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
8. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
9. Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
10. Research best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
