At Cincinnati Children's, we are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Consultant – People Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is passionate about people and has a strong desire to help build a culture that emphasizes employee satisfaction and engagement. Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be committed to providing excellent customer service to our employees.We are looking for an HR Consultant who is an excellent communicator and a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the principles of human resources management and the ability to think outside the box. A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in an HR related role. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to prioritize tasks, provide guidance and support to managers, and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues. A successful candidate should also possess a proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to employees.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
  3. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve employee relations.
  4. Prioritize tasks and provide guidance and support to managers.
  5. Create and implement human resources policies and procedures.
  6. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  7. Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  8. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  9. Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
  10. Research best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
