- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Cincinnati Children's healthcare services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messaging and target audiences for marketing efforts.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing and communication, including budget, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and other external partners for increased visibility and brand recognition.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate and compelling messaging and branding.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and voice for Cincinnati Children's.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are in compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to support the team's success.
- Represent Cincinnati Children's at events and conferences to promote the organization and its mission.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote Cincinnati Children's and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communication, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Communications, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Implementing Marketing And Communication Strategies.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Partners, And The General Public.
