  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote Cincinnati Children's and its mission.
  2. Create engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and understand their marketing needs and goals.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing tactics.
  5. Manage and maintain the organization's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications materials.
  6. Write and edit content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
  7. Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and facilitate press opportunities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications.
  10. Represent the organization at events and conferences, and serve as a spokesperson when needed.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior marketing and communications staff.
  13. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand standards in all marketing and communications materials.
  14. Ensure all marketing and communications activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing and communications processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Communications, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Website Management.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns, With Measurable Results And Roi.
