- Provide high-quality and compassionate medical care to neonatal patients at Cincinnati Children's.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in neonatal medicine and incorporate them into patient care.
- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients' conditions and make appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as colleagues and other healthcare professionals, regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
- Participate in ground-breaking research projects and clinical trials related to neonatal medicine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon patient care practices to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to promote and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Act as a mentor and resource to other medical staff, including residents and fellows.

Medical Degree: A Neonatology Staff Physician At Cincinnati Children's Must Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine By The American Board Of Pediatrics Or Equivalent.
Residency And Fellowship Training: Applicants Should Have Completed A Residency In Pediatrics And A Fellowship In Neonatology From An Accredited Program.
Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Neonatologist, Preferably In A Academic Medical Center Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills: Candidates Should Demonstrate Expertise In The Diagnosis And Management Of Complex Neonatal Conditions, As Well As Proficiency In Procedures Such As Intubation, Central Line Placement, And Chest Tube Insertion. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As A Commitment To Providing Family-Centered Care.
