1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in the primary care setting.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide treatments within the scope of practice.
4. Educate and counsel patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
