- Provide individual and group counseling services to students in a school setting.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students' social and emotional well-being.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop appropriate interventions.
- Work closely with families to support their involvement in their child's mental health treatment.
- Connect students and their families to community resources and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all services provided.

Master's Degree In Social Work: Candidates For A School Based Social Worker Position At Cincinnati Children's Should Possess A Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Social Work Theory And Practice, And Prepares Individuals For The Complex And Diverse Needs Of Children And Families.
