  1. Provide exceptional care to children and adolescents with allergies and immunological disorders.
  2. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' conditions to determine appropriate care.
  4. Administer appropriate treatments and medications to patients.
  5. Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  6. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
  7. Participate in groundbreaking research in the field of allergy and immunology.
  8. Stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in the field and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice.
  9. Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  12. Act as a role model for excellence in patient care and professionalism.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and educational opportunities.
  14. Serve as a mentor and resource for residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: Candidates For A Staff Physician - Allergy Immunology Position At Cincinnati Children's Must Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification In Allergy And Immunology: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Allergy And Immunology By The American Board Of Allergy And Immunology Or The American Board Of Pediatrics.

  • Experience In Pediatric Allergy And Immunology: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Providing Care For Pediatric Patients With Allergies And Immunological Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Member Of The Medical Team At Cincinnati Children's, A Staff Physician - Allergy Immunology Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Colleagues.
