SVP & Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer (CHRO) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. This key role will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for our Human Resources and Diversity initiatives. The successful candidate should also possess strong business acumen, a commitment to advancing Diversity and Inclusion, and excellent management and communication skills.Required Qualifications: • A minimum of 12+ years of progressive Human Resources and Diversity management experience• Demonstrated success leading and managing HR and Diversity teams in a large, complex organization• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification• Track record of creating and implementing innovative HR and Diversity strategies• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws and regulations• Experience creating and executing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills• Exceptional leadership and management skills
