
Human Resources - Benefits Administrator
Our Human Resources department is currently seeking a benefits administrator to service and support benefit offerings to our associates, work with vendors and internal stakeholders on administrative matters, handle support for the offboarding process and other projects as assigned. Provide superior customer service to associates and others as appropriate in all interactions and communications. Develop in-depth knowledge of company benefits maintain accurate benefit election records and related system-based information. Perform account reconciliations. Develop and maintain positive internal and external vendor relationships.
A minimum of 2 years of human resources administration or benefits experience required.
Experience working in open office, fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot problems and associate concerns
