Directly manage all aspects of the application development project lifecycle and work with matrix partners to oversee all phases of the project. Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost and quality parameters. Create realistic project and quality plans that include project interdependencies. Analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets. Estimate costs, time and resource requirements. Track all activities against the project plan, monitor budget, schedule and resources used and take action where deviation from agreed tolerances occurs.
