
Account Executive Security Sales - GES West

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Cisco's enterprise security solutions in the West region.
- Identify and target potential enterprise customers, build relationships and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cisco's security products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing teams, to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Continually monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco's security solutions, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Represent Cisco at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to management.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning to stay ahead in the market.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and serve as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Security Sales Or A Similar Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Security Industry, Including Current Trends And Technologies.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Decision Makers At All Levels.
