- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including layout, verification, and system engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of designs to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to design and verify complex analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog and mixed-signal IC design and incorporate them into the development process.
- Take ownership of the entire design cycle, from concept to tape-out, and provide regular updates on project progress to management.
- Identify and troubleshoot design issues, and propose effective solutions to meet project goals and timelines.
- Document design specifications, test plans, and results accurately and thoroughly.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Adhere to industry standards and guidelines for IC design and verification.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analog/Mixed-Signal Ic Design For High-Speed Communication Systems.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Tools Such As Cadence, Synopsys, And Mentor Graphics.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Physics, Device Modeling, And Circuit Simulation.
Experience With Product Development Lifecycle, From Concept To Mass Production, Including Verification And Validation.
