  1. Support the development and execution of corporate social responsibility initiatives at Cisco Systems.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement CSR projects that align with the company's values and goals.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities for CSR initiatives.
  4. Assist in the planning and coordination of events and activities related to CSR projects.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on CSR projects.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of CSR projects and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track the progress and impact of CSR initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on CSR initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.

  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to CSR projects.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to social responsibility and ethical business practices.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance CSR initiatives and processes.
  15. Uphold the company's values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Policy, Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Project Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Corporate Social Responsibility Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Sustainability And Social Responsibility Best Practices, As Well As Current Trends And Initiatives In The Field.

  • Ability To Analyze Data, Create Reports, And Present Findings To Stakeholders In A Clear And Concise Manner.
