- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.

- Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends and changes to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between Cisco and partner solutions.
- Create and present reports on partnership performance and progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on the latest security solutions and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Train and mentor team members on partnership management and best practices.
- Represent Cisco at industry events and conferences to promote partnership opportunities.
- Continuously review and improve partnership processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators set by the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Partnerships In The Security Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Security Market Landscape And Trends, As Well As Knowledge Of Cisco's Security Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
