
Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery
At Cisco Systems, we are actively seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery to provide operational and project management leadership to our growing team. We are looking for a creative professional with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and have exceptional communication skills. They must have a proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with a focus on meeting project deadlines.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with five to seven years of operations experience in software and/or services. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service/support operations and experience with project/program management. Experience in the technology industry is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and project management leadership to the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action to ensure goals are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
- Analyze customer service/support operations and develop solutions for improvement.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the delivery of support services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
