Job Description

Lead the advocacy program at Cisco Meraki including the creation of customer success stories in the form of case studies, videos, quotes, logo usage, reference calls, speakerships and online reviews. Create a strategy to optimize the ROI of every customer story and identify metrics to measure the impact of customer stories and references on revenue. Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships that encourage customers to share their stories in their marketing and communications channels. Partner with the PR/AR teams to infuse customer evidence into globally impactful news stories and analyst report opportunities. Build a scalable process and framework to drive customer story development from start to finish and ensure that the process is frictionless for customers. Develop an internal customer reference library and identify and fill customer story gaps based on geography, vertical and audience. Align Meraki’s customer advocacy program with Cisco Customer Story Teams.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record of building effective customer advocacy programs

  • Knowledgeable about reference management tools such as Upland or ReferenceEdge

  • You are familiar with advocacy community platforms, such as Influitive
