  1. Provide technical leadership to the Department of Navy customer base, ensuring that their needs and goals are met through innovative solutions from Cisco Systems.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and guidance for all Department of Navy projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Continuously assess and improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  6. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, effectively communicating technical requirements and project updates.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of Navy, understanding their business objectives and aligning Cisco's solutions accordingly.
  9. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact customer satisfaction or project success.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, representing the company's values and commitment to excellence in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Leadership Roles, Preferably In A Customer Delivery Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Protocols, Including Cisco Products And Technologies.

  • Knowledge Of Department Of Navy Processes And Regulations Related To It Systems And Infrastructure.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
