
Customer Engagement Manager
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and project management skills to join our team. This customer engagements team provides a pipeline of customers and account teams that will fit multiple number of ventures and ideas ET&I comes up with. Build relationships with Account Managers, ETI leadership, and cross functional groups. Work proactively with industry groups, customers, and regulatory bodies. Be an excellent translator between various part of the business and external stakeholders. Work well in ambiguous situations and able to formulate direction and lead internal advertising resources, external partners and customers through the engagement lifecycle.
5+ years of related marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Has presented to C-level executives as well as to technical subject matter experts.
Experience engaging proactively with industry groups.
