  9. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support customer renewal processes.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge required for the role.
  14. Represent Cisco Systems in a professional and positive manner at all times.
