- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity technologies, trends, and threats in the Thai market.
- Engage with potential clients and understand their unique cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Cisco's cybersecurity solutions, including network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client needs are met and to provide feedback on product enhancements.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to help them better understand and utilize Cisco's cybersecurity solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards for cybersecurity.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance knowledge and promote Cisco's cybersecurity solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Cisco's technical support team for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all client interactions.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of Cisco's cybersecurity business in Thailand.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Cybersecurity Presales Engineer At Cisco Systems Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cybersecurity Technologies And Solutions, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Endpoint Protection. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Networking And Network Security Concepts.
Experience In Presales: Candidates Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Presales Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Domain. They Should Be Able To Effectively Present Technical Solutions And Articulate The Value Proposition Of Cisco's Products To Potential Customers.
Fluency In Thai: As The Job Requires Working With Smb Customers In Thailand, Proficiency In Thai Language Is A Must. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Understand Their Specific Needs And Challenges.
Customer-Focused Approach: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Understand The Customer's Pain Points And Requirements. They Should Be Able To Effectively Tailor Cisco's Solutions To Meet The Specific Needs Of Smb Customers.
