
Executive Assistant, VP, Americas Security Sales

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Americas Security Sales.
- Manage and maintain the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and external partners on behalf of the Vice President.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the Vice President.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President and other executives, employees, and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail for the Vice President, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Conduct research and gather information for the Vice President as needed.
- Proactively anticipate the Vice President's needs and provide support accordingly.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences for the Vice President and the team.
- Monitor and track expenses for the Vice President and assist with budget management.
- Serve as a representative of Cisco Systems, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to better support the Vice President.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Executive Assistant In This Role Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Tasks, Prioritize Workload, And Meet Tight Deadlines Without Compromising Quality.
Proven Experience In Sales Support: The Executive Assistant In This Role Will Be Supporting The Vp Of Americas Security Sales, Therefore, Prior Experience In Sales Support Or Working In A Sales Environment Is Highly Desirable.
Tech-Savviness: As A Leading Technology Company, Cisco Systems Requires Its Employees To Be Tech-Savvy And Familiar With The Latest Tools And Software. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Microsoft Office, Salesforce, And Other Relevant Software.
