- Develop and implement a global executive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key executive roles that are critical to the company's success.
- Lead a team of executive recruiters to proactively source, attract, and engage top talent from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with top executive candidates, industry leaders, and executive search firms to expand the company's talent network.
- Utilize innovative and effective sourcing techniques to identify and attract top C-suite executives from around the world.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform the recruitment strategy.
- Work closely with the HR and business leaders to understand the company's culture, values, and talent needs to ensure alignment in candidate selection.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Develop and implement best practices for executive recruitment, including candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the executive talent acquisition strategy and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment to continuously improve and innovate the talent acquisition process.
- Manage the executive recruitment budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and success of the executive talent acquisition strategy.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's executive recruitment capabilities.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Global Executive Role. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team And Successfully Attracting Top Talent From Diverse Backgrounds.
Knowledge Of Global Talent Market: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Global Talent Market, Including Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Talent Acquisition Strategies That Align With Cisco's Business Objectives.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Global Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Talent Acquisition Professionals Across Multiple Regions. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Managing Teams, Setting Performance Goals, And Driving Results.
