At Cisco Systems, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Growth Product Sales Specialist to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Sales team. You should be comfortable working with data, have strong sales acumen, and have excellent communication skills.The successful Growth Product Sales Specialist will maintain and build relationships with key customers, help strategize, develop, and execute growth plans, and identify and leverage opportunities to increase our product sales. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or product management• Proven track record of success in a sales or product role• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutionsIf you're a tech-savvy, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and product management, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  2. Strategize, develop, and execute growth plans.
  3. Identify and leverage opportunities to increase product sales.
  4. Analyze customer data and use business intelligence and analytics tools to make decisions.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports on sales progress.
  6. Develop creative solutions to business, product, and technical challenges.
  7. Set sales goals and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  8. Provide training and support to Sales team members.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.
  10. Provide feedback to management on product improvements.
