Job Description

Cisco Systems is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can build relationships with clients and develop new sales opportunities. To thrive in this role, you will need a thorough understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sales.The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of sales plans, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least two years of sales experience. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a good understanding of customer service. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new sales opportunities • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement • Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve sales goals • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategy accordingly
