Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Engineering Role, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Cisco Products And Solutions, Including Networking, Security, And Collaboration.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions, As Well As Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
