Job Description

Be engaged in the adoption and continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and its upstream/downstream integrations, EPR integrations, and other supply chain transformation projects. Work on business process automation, by working with the system architect, through driving user adoption, crafting training materials, training users, and generating reports based on business requirements. Be an incredible partner to internal & external stakeholders when capturing, validating, and maintaining business process flows; collecting, and analyzing data; and communicating changes and improvements. Constantly communicating with the teams for project updates and details. Our team is looking to attract a Business Analyst who will help and drive the adoption of new supply chain transformation projects across Product Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.

Job Qualifications

  • Experienced in PLM, Supply Chain modules in ERP, and have a deep understanding of how they impact business execution

  • Familiar with at least one process flow software (Visio, Lucid chart, Omnigraffle, etc.)

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Have experience in manufacturing and understand the process of different manufacturing models.
