Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs that meet customer needs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Research and analyze user needs and preferences, market trends, and design best practices to inform design decisions.
- Create user journeys, storyboards, sitemaps, and wireframes to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Design user interfaces, including graphical elements such as icons, text, images, and interactive components.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that designs are consistent and meet established requirements.
- Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to assess product performance.
- Monitor feedback from users to identify and address design issues.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques.
