Concierge Banker

We require a minimum of two years of experience in a banking or customer service role. The successful candidate should have a firm understanding of banking procedures and practices as well as a working knowledge of banking compliance regulations. In addition to strong customer service, they should have the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. The successful candidate will be a true ambassador of our banking services, providing our customers with excellent service and an exceptional banking experience. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all Citi customers.
2. Accurately process customer transactions.
3. Maintain a working knowledge of banking procedures and compliance regulations.
4. Listen to customers’ inquiries and concerns in order to provide appropriate assistance.
5. Multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to handle customer requests efficiently.
6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Provide assistance to customers in navigating the bank’s products and services.
8. Utilize various channels, such as email, phone and in-person, to respond to customer inquiries.
9. Remain up-to-date on Citi’s products and services.
10. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
