  1. Lead and manage a team of tellers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Oversee daily cash management and balancing procedures.
  4. Train and mentor new tellers to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their duties.
  5. Monitor and enforce compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve teller efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and policies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure the bank is in compliance.
  11. Handle escalated and complex customer transactions.
  12. Manage the schedule and staffing of the teller team.
  13. Ensure that all tellers are following security protocols and procedures.
  14. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  16. Serve as a role model for the teller team by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and strong leadership skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Banking Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking, Preferably With Experience In Teller Operations.

  • Cash Handling Skills: Strong Proficiency In Cash Handling And Reconciliation, With A Proven Track Record Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.

  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team, Including Training, Coaching, And Performance Management.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Handle Any Customer Issues With Professionalism And Empathy.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Regulations: Thorough Understanding Of Banking Regulations, Including Compliance Requirements And Security Protocols, To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Customer Transactions.
