  1. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal audit function.
  2. Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct comprehensive and objective audits across all areas of the organization.
  3. Monitor and assess internal controls and identify potential areas of risk and improvement.
  4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on remediation of identified issues.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of internal audit processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of risk management and compliance.
  7. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the audit team and across the organization.
  9. Provide guidance and support to the audit team in planning, executing, and reporting on audits.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management and the Board of Directors on audit findings, trends, and recommendations.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chief Audit Executive.
  13. Uphold the values and ethical standards of the organization in all aspects of the job.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal audit function.
  15. Act as a strategic partner to the business by providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Internal Audit, Risk Management, Or Related Field.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Overseeing A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Auditing Principles, Practices, And Regulations, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Effective Audit Strategies And Procedures.
