  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology architecture strategy to support business objectives and drive innovation within the organization.
  2. Lead a team of architects and analysts to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture solutions.

  6. Define and enforce architecture standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all technology initiatives.
  7. Communicate complex technical concepts and architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  9. Monitor and manage technology risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and tools that can drive business value.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and resources for technology initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
  12. Identify and resolve any architectural issues or roadblocks that may arise during the design and implementation of technology solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Architecture Design And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In Architecture Design And Development, Preferably In The Financial Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Application In The Banking Sector.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Vp, Architecture Lead Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Lead A Team Of Analysts And Guide Them In Developing Innovative Solutions. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Identify And Solve Complex Problems. They Should Also Have Experience In Conducting Research And Analysis To Support Decision-Making Processes.
