1. Design, implement, and maintain the cloud security architecture for Citigroup, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.
2. Lead and drive the implementation of SRE strategies to continuously improve the reliability and security of our cloud systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security and reliability gaps in our cloud infrastructure.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud security and SRE, and proactively recommend and implement improvements to our processes.
5. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for our cloud environment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
7. Monitor and respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact.
8. Lead and mentor a team of cloud security professionals, fostering a culture of security and reliability within the team and across the organization.
9. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of cloud security and SRE initiatives.
10. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and services.
11. Participate in cloud migration and integration projects, providing expert guidance on security and reliability considerations.
12. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our cloud environment.
13. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a culture of security and reliability.
14. Participate in audits and regulatory assessments, providing evidence of our cloud security and SRE practices.
15. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to increase efficiency and reduce risk in our cloud environment.
