- Develop and implement compliance strategies and products that align with industry regulations and company standards.
- Stay up-to-date on all regulatory changes and developments in the futures market and adjust compliance strategies as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into new products and services.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stay informed of any changes or updates in regulations.
- Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends to senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance related matters and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Compliance Within The Futures Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Futures Trading.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Internal Audits And Investigations.
