- Lead cross-border M&A transactions in the Latin America region
- Develop and maintain relationships with top clients in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Latin America market
- Conduct market research and analysis to support deal execution and strategy development
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as risk management and legal, to ensure successful deal execution
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the Latin America region
- Analyze financial data and prepare presentations and pitch materials for clients and internal meetings
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the Latin America market
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its brand and network with potential clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of deal execution and client interactions.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking And/Or Corporate Finance, With A Strong Focus On Latam Markets.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing M&A Transactions In The Latam Region, Preferably In The Financial Services Sector.
Extensive Network And Relationships With Key Clients, Industry Professionals, And Regulatory Bodies In Latam.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Political, Economic, And Cultural Landscape Of Latam, With The Ability To Navigate Complex Business Environments.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Junior Bankers In Executing Deals And Developing Relationships With Clients.
