  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement training programs for employees and managers on HR topics such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  6. Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for new hires, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach.
  7. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
  9. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  10. Stay informed of current trends and developments in HR practices and recommend updates and improvements to existing policies and procedures.
  11. Serve as a confidential resource for employees to address sensitive and confidential matters.
  12. Handle employee relations issues and investigate complaints, providing appropriate resolutions and recommendations to management.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall employee experience and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Guide Employees And Managers.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies, Procedures, And Programs.
