Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist specializing in benefits and payroll to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are well taken care of and receive the best benefits and compensation packages.   1. Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  2. Oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits and payroll questions and concerns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our benefits and payroll processes.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new benefit programs and policies.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to ensure our benefits and compensation packages remain competitive.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to benefits and payroll.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits and payroll.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on their benefits and payroll options.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of our benefits and payroll systems.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, providing guidance on benefits and payroll matters.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to benefits and payroll.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with employees and sensitive information.
  15. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Benefits And Payroll Administration.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Benefits And Payroll, Including Fmla, Ada, And Flsa.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Employees And Management.

  • Experience With Hris And Payroll Systems, Such As Adp, Kronos, Or Peoplesoft.
