  1. Develop and implement creative and engaging programs for teenagers in the community.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current trends and interests of youth to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with community organizations and partners to expand program offerings and reach a wider audience.
  4. Mentor and guide youth participants, providing support and encouragement as they navigate through their teenage years.
  5. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, promoting diversity and respect.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with other Youth Program Specialists to develop a cohesive and comprehensive program plan.
  8. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of program volunteers and staff.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, attendance, and participant progress.
  10. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about program activities and their child's involvement.
  11. Plan and coordinate special events and activities to enhance the overall program experience for participants.
  12. Act as a positive role model for youth, demonstrating leadership skills and promoting positive values and behaviors.
  13. Adhere to all program policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
  14. Continuously seek out and implement new and innovative ideas to improve the program and meet the changing needs of youth.
  15. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Youth Development, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Teenagers In A Youth Program Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Adolescent Development And Current Social Issues Affecting Teens.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With And Mentor Teens.

  • Ability To Plan, Organize, And Lead Engaging And Educational Activities For Diverse Groups Of Teenagers.
