  1. Develop and implement employee support programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  3. Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and accurate responses.
  5. Collaborate with HR team to develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and retention.
  7. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers on various HR topics.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and retention.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular communication and engagement with employees.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and resources for employees' personal and professional development.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and address any concerns or issues.
  15. Assist in the implementation of performance management processes to support employee growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Services Or Hr Consulting.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
