  1. Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized office space, including reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Maintain office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times.
  6. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
  7. Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and newsletters.
  8. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  9. Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  10. Monitor and order office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  13. Assist with event planning and coordination.
  14. Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and productivity.
