  9. Facilitate trainings and workshops to educate staff on program and policy changes and updates.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of program and policy evaluations, data analysis, and recommendations.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across programs and policies.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on program analysis and policy evaluation, providing guidance and support to colleagues and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Program Evaluation, Or Project Management.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Government Programs And Policies, Particularly Related To Urban Development And Community Initiatives.
