  1. Lead and manage a variety of projects aimed at improving the community and driving the city's growth and development.
  2. Utilize data analysis skills to identify key insights and trends that inform decision-making and drive positive impact.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input, align on goals, and drive project progress.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to inform project strategies and ensure alignment with community needs and priorities.
  7. Ensure compliance with city policies, procedures, and regulations throughout all project phases.
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
  9. Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in project management and data analytics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Analytics, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Data Analytics, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Diverse Stakeholders And Teams.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
