  1. Operate tow truck in a safe and responsible manner.
  2. Provide prompt and efficient towing services for vehicles in need.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all towed vehicles.
  4. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck.
  5. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate towing services.
  6. Inspect and maintain tow truck and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  7. Assist stranded motorists and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  9. Keep up-to-date with all traffic and safety regulations.
  10. Represent the City of Detroit in a professional and courteous manner.
  11. Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
  12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tow truck and work area.
  13. Adhere to strict deadlines and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  14. Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to management immediately.
  15. Attend training and meetings as required to stay current with industry standards.
