Job Description

The goal of the Information Technology Department is to provide high quality technology-based services in a cost-effective manner to facilitate the city's mission of quality services to the community. This position provides technical support for personal computers, peripherals, networks, mobile devices, servers and assists Information Technology staff in providing support services. Integrate mobile devices into Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. Deploy next generation of desktops. Assist with end-user access and training for new Enterprise Resource Planning and Land Management software. Deploy dual monitors for designated staff.

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of work experience in operations or information systems.
Knowledge of City's current desktop operating system and hardware peripherals.
Familiarity with core desktop software products used by the City.
