
Administrative Analyst - Environmental Services

- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning for Environmental Services department.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives related to environmental sustainability, including researching and compiling relevant data and information.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
- Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Stay up-to-date on environmental regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support departmental goals.
- Identify potential areas for improvement or efficiency within the department and make recommendations for implementation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to environmental sustainability.
- Represent the department at community events and meetings to promote environmental initiatives and engage with the public.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests related to environmental services in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of environmental sustainability.
- Adhere to all city policies and procedures and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Municipal Government Or Environmental Agency Setting.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Environmental Regulations And Policies.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
