Job Description

The City of Hoboken is looking for an experienced and organized professional to join our team as Deputy Municipal Court Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of the Municipal Court office by supporting the Court Administrator and the Municipal Court Judges.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible court administrative and/or supervisory experience. You must have an in-depth understanding of the court operations and procedures, as well as knowledge of New Jersey court rules and procedures. You should be able to effectively manage people and resources while working collaboratively with judges, court personnel, and other government agencies.You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is capable of multitasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong computer skills.If you are a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the community, we want to hear from you!
