At Hoboken, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recreation Field Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for outdoor recreation and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Recreation Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of outdoor recreation fields and facilities. This includes overseeing the maintenance of fields, managing staff and volunteers, and coordinating programs and events. The right candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to safety.
