  1. Conduct driver's license exams in accordance with state and city regulations.
  2. Verify and validate identification documents and other required paperwork.
  3. Administer written and practical driving tests to evaluate applicants' knowledge and skills.
  4. Ensure the safety of all individuals during the driving test by adhering to safety protocols.
  5. Accurately record and maintain records of exam results and other relevant information.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns from applicants in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on state and city driving laws and regulations to effectively evaluate applicants.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Identify and report any fraudulent or suspicious activity during the exam process.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized testing area.
  11. Conduct retests for applicants who did not pass the initial exam.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive information.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall exam process and provide feedback to superiors.
